I'm doing real good thanks for asking! The two hour church was really weird, not having Elder's Quorum right afterwards just felt odd. Yeah and the class right after sacrament meeting was FILLED to the brim, and the fact almost everyone was there was even weirder, it'll take some time to adjust I believe. Those kids are funny, you'll find a way for them to like it and be entertained. As missionaries we just get more time to work now sooooo there's that. I was going to tell you about the mission dissolving but word gets out quick I guess. It'll be interesting, my last tranfer is just going to be a little twisted up but it'll be good. I have a good feeling about it and it'll just be another wild transfer. Speaking of transfers we have another one coming up next Monday so I'll fill you in with what happens when the time comes.

Thats fun to hear that Bryson got to play some games with people. Kind of miss those days just playing games with family and friends back home. I swear I've thought about home more since it's coming in close, not stopping the work though, still going strong. Tell Savannah I said "Good luck!" she'll do great out there. Glad to also hear that Grant is still playing around in sports. Yeah the gym is a pretty good place. I'm trying to do better with exercising in the morning because after a good little workout you do feel better. All the sickies are gone though, so hoorah. Everytime members ask me how long I've been out they keep saying "Oh man you're almost done" so I've come to accept it. That's funny you are going to be there at the airport for Sister Kerby. The fact she came out with me and is going home before me is almost unfair, but no hard feelings.

Recently we taught Mary almost all of the commandments and she's on the road to her baptism. She has her interview this Wednesday and is scheduled for January 19th. She's fed us a couple times as well and she's an excellent cook so its always a treat when she has us over and we get to teach her. Prayers out for her as she keeps progressing in the gospel! We have been a lot of finding to look for more people to teach and hopefully I can share some more stories with everyone.

Recently, you can tell Savannah this, I've been learning how to make sushi. Its a poor start but I'm working on it. I need more ingredients and more experiments to be done as I teach myself. Its kind of hard but I bought a little sushi mat and some other stuff so I'll send some pictures.

I'm going to try and take more pictures for you during this week and fill you in with more details. When you see Bryson tell that kiddo I miss em and I want him to email me back. Tell Grant he's a boss. And tell Savannah she's a nut. LOVE YA MOMMA!!

Question Time: 1. My week was definitely interesting, I'll tell you about it in a bit later on in this email. 2. I have no idea yet, I'll be in the office tomorrow so I'll look for it and see if it came in the mail. We don't open those suckers until later and its going to be quite a hassle trying to figure these things out before we roll out ALL the smartphones to all the missionaries but I am looking forward to it and seeing the success that can be found. And yes I will be becoming a Facebook missionary, whoopdy doo for you! 3. Ideas for him? Well I was thinking of trying to get him something but I keep running out of time and forgetting but don't tell him that. I LOVE HIM, just shipping is really expensive... But maybe something that I thought of is giving him a book series called Mystborn or another series by Brandon Sanderson, I heard his books are really awesome and I'll probably read them when I get back. I honestly don't know, you know better th...

Hi Momma!

Yeah I am in a new area, and in a new apartment which is a lot nicer than the older one I stayed in, just has a lot more room (I forgot to take pictures which I promise to do that). It's just me and Elder de La Torre in this apartment. From what I can tell you Elder de La Torre is from Las Vegas, Nevada which is super close to our mission and it turns out he is actually a "trial missionary" and he might be staying in this mission or be called to somewhere else. His mom is a member and his father is currently investigating in the church so it's pretty cool. He loves music and played in a mariachi band for a little while and did orchestra so he is pretty awesome, and he speaks fluent spanish which helps when we run into a lot of spanish speaking people here in Ontario.  Yeah it is kind of crazy how fast time has flown by honestly, I feel like I've been here for awhile even though I haven't and even though the end is far away it seems to be coming up kind of qu...

Did You Think to Pray? I actually took pictures this week. And for some odd reason this computer is denying me the right to access those photos... Hold back the pitchforks for now, I'll fix the problem sometime soon. But besides from that one. The title comes from a praying mantis I saw while knocking on doors. I went to go ring a doorbell and there is this giant praying mantis guarding the bell. I ended up not wanting to fight the thing and knocked on the door. Something our mission does every transfer (which is a six week period of time kept by missionaries), we have this thing called a zone conference. And all the missionaries here in the desert got together. Which is always a fun experience being out for little over 13 months now seeing people I've grown to meet and love during my time here and catching up with them. But the whole reason we got together was to learn and grow in our service out here. And something that stuck out to me was learning to set goals, but mo...
