Question Answering Time:
1. The date for smartphones? Well this Monday we rolled them out to all the Zone Leaders and Sister Training Leaders and they are meeting tomorrow for a meeting with all the leaders to discuss how we'll learn to use our technology righteously. But it all begins this week and the next... Oh my goodness gracious I am so done with phones when all is said and done I'll be so happy when its all done here in the office.
2. Yes I got some pictures, I DIDN'T FORGET!! I honestly really missed being able to go to the temple a little more often than usually and when I get back I'll definitely try and make a more conscious effort to go to the temple because the feeling there is overwhelming compared to everything else.
3. The Buddhist Naing? He has been getting pretty busy and we have been in contact with him though. We are hopping to set up something soon because someone in the ward I am serving in used to be Buddhist so we are thinking of bringing him along to help him understand and teach more simply.
4. And the Filipino family? We went by yesterday and only the kids were home but we called the dad and he said to come back tomorrow evening at around 8:00pm so we are hoping to bring a member with us who actually served in the Philippines so he knows Tagalog which is the native language they speak but they all speak perfect English so it'll be a good fellowshipping opportunity.
5. Timing to Skype? I do not know a time but I'm assuming sometime in the night maybe? I'm not too sure but we do have smartphones now so I can Skype off that thing so I guess we'll see. Just hopefully it'll all work out. I already forgot your Skype name so if you just send it to me via email I'll make sure to contact you and give you a headsup. Which I think is aloud?? I'll ask!

All together though. This week has been really mentally draining especially with transfers happening, its the first week, and just smartphones, soooo many smartphones. Did I mention smartphones? But in the time that we did spend being able to do regular missionary work. We have been able to get into some member's homes and find out those who once knew the truth and have slowly fallen away so we hope to help them come back and feel what they felt before. And on top of that with teaching people we have a scheduled appointment with a family tonight and they plan on making dinner for us as well so we are looking forward to that! And with everything that has been happening I know that I have started to be more patient about things (except for phones, I'll keep trying). But I'm for sure looking forward to talking to everyone this Mother's Day. I'll think of something to send, I might send some stuff home along with a Mother's Day Card, I just gotta get the stamps or packaging stuff which is a little pricey but I'll find something don't you worry.

Altogether though, I'll keep in touch with how we'll be able to skype in with the family. Our church time goes from 1:00pm to 4:00pm and I honestly don't know when we'll be calling but don't worry, it'll all work out. But I gotta get going Momma. Love you lots and I know I'll take some more pictures and have more stories to tell you soon. LOVE YA!!

Oh also I did not feel the earthquake. Some other missionaries did but I did not.

Thanksgiving Week!

Hey Mom and Dad! This last week went by pretty slow for me (I think because it was week six of transfers so it felt weird). That's funny that all the kiddos want to sleep in, no more its time to get up and get work boys and girls! You guys already set up the Christmas tree? Nice! Sounds like you guys will be having a blast with the cousins up in Pinetop, make sure to send me some pictures! That's pretty funny that you got called to be the Sunday School President, I'm sure on of those kids is gonna need your help and love while you are fulfilling your calling. Teaching is going pretty interestingly, its the holidays so not many people are home or are with family outside the area but some more people are home so its odd but fun! I'll be spending Thanksgiving with a lesser active family called the Whites and they invited us for dinner so I'm happy for that! The Ward is absolutely amazing, the people are so nice to the missionaries and we practically have a dinner every...

Did You Think to Pray? I actually took pictures this week. And for some odd reason this computer is denying me the right to access those photos... Hold back the pitchforks for now, I'll fix the problem sometime soon. But besides from that one. The title comes from a praying mantis I saw while knocking on doors. I went to go ring a doorbell and there is this giant praying mantis guarding the bell. I ended up not wanting to fight the thing and knocked on the door. Something our mission does every transfer (which is a six week period of time kept by missionaries), we have this thing called a zone conference. And all the missionaries here in the desert got together. Which is always a fun experience being out for little over 13 months now seeing people I've grown to meet and love during my time here and catching up with them. But the whole reason we got together was to learn and grow in our service out here. And something that stuck out to me was learning to set goals, but mo...

Hello Mom and Dad!

Thanksgiving was really awesome, we had dinner with a family where they have 5 boys and we got to spend our one dinner with them for that night. Got to eat deviled eggs, ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, crackers and cheese with ham, chili, some barbecue hotdogs, and lots of other food which was amazing! Everything else over here is going very well though! Although Elder Olson got sick for a day and we had to drive to an Urgent Care outside our zone so that was fun. Elder Olson is pretty much the same height as me and everything, why do you ask? I don't think its cold enough to get any extra layers of clothes or anything but thanks! That's awesome that everyone of the kids is doing well and doing the things they love! Funny how as soon as I leave you start having missionaries over for dinner, maybe we'll have to invite some more when I get back from my mission or something. Um I don't know anything about plans for Christmas yet but I'll email you when I find out the det...
