Lets answer those questions right off the bat shall we!
1. I will probably be in the office for one more transfer after this one then I should be outta here and into another area. Its been fun here but I am looking forward to a change of scenery.

2. There aren't really any opportunities for service around here that we have found of. Whenever anyone else we see needs help we always ask but it gets turned down 99.99% of the time, but at least we tried there.

3. I am doing better, been working on being more positive and relying more upon the Lord since this is His work after all. The week we didn't get to teach anyone unfortunately but we were able to get a lot of finding in, like usual here. We have a couple people who have said we could come back but every time we have dropped by no one has been home so thats a struggle but we are working with it.

Thank you for the encouraging words, I guess that was the first time I expressed "openly" how hard it has been out here in this area. A lot more people replied back with uplifting things so I was grateful for that but I also don't want everyone worrying for me out here, everyone's got enough things to worry about as it is. But I am extremely grateful for that, thank you Mom.

Sorry that you had a bit of a rough time with staying with Eric and Tressa. I had to unfollow the both of them on Facebook because of how rude they are towards others, and to save me the grief, have enough to worry about out here. Its sad to see what happened while you were staying with them, and discomforting to know from the Book of Mormom those who dissented from the truth had a rough time coming back, and when they got brought to the remembrance of their God it was never pretty. But the best thing we know we can do is love the individual but hate the sin. They are still family, even if they are being, and I quote, poop heads. Excuse my French. But you know, wickness never was happiness, and I know this gospel is true, regardless of the negativity and opposition we face everyday. Stay true to the faith, and you'll never falter, I'm grateful for your example to leave the situation and save Bryson, Savannah, and Grant from any hostile situations.

It was great to hear about how the kiddos are doing, glad my little "tips" I gave might have helped. When Dad told me how many numbers and names he got I was just sitting there kind of dumbstruck, it was pretty amazing. Unfortunately though he hasn't emailed me since 2 weeks ago... Kinda sad, but it happens. I keep hearing from people that once you hit your year mark you barely hear from anyone until the last six months of your mission then all of a sudden everyone remembers you are coming home. Kind of funny, but it seems to be pretty true! But its great to hear about Savannah and Grant and all of them, tell em I love em!

4. Fun plans for preparation day, unfortunately there isn't much to do in Rancho Cucamonga. Theres one kind of mall strip but its pretty much like walking through Babylon as a missionary. Then again I am in California for crying out loud but in all honesty, not much to do here.

5. I'll be stopping by the bank sometime today, so no worries!

Otherwise though it was great to hear back from you again Momma! Unfortunately yes that year mark is coming up pretty quick, time flew by really fast. But from what I hear for the parents it drags on for eternity... Sorry that I got the better end of the deal! Anyways though LOVE YOU MOMMA! Keep cool out there!!

Hi Momma!

Yeah I am in a new area, and in a new apartment which is a lot nicer than the older one I stayed in, just has a lot more room (I forgot to take pictures which I promise to do that). It's just me and Elder de La Torre in this apartment. From what I can tell you Elder de La Torre is from Las Vegas, Nevada which is super close to our mission and it turns out he is actually a "trial missionary" and he might be staying in this mission or be called to somewhere else. His mom is a member and his father is currently investigating in the church so it's pretty cool. He loves music and played in a mariachi band for a little while and did orchestra so he is pretty awesome, and he speaks fluent spanish which helps when we run into a lot of spanish speaking people here in Ontario.  Yeah it is kind of crazy how fast time has flown by honestly, I feel like I've been here for awhile even though I haven't and even though the end is far away it seems to be coming up kind of qu...

Question Time: 1. My week was definitely interesting, I'll tell you about it in a bit later on in this email. 2. I have no idea yet, I'll be in the office tomorrow so I'll look for it and see if it came in the mail. We don't open those suckers until later and its going to be quite a hassle trying to figure these things out before we roll out ALL the smartphones to all the missionaries but I am looking forward to it and seeing the success that can be found. And yes I will be becoming a Facebook missionary, whoopdy doo for you! 3. Ideas for him? Well I was thinking of trying to get him something but I keep running out of time and forgetting but don't tell him that. I LOVE HIM, just shipping is really expensive... But maybe something that I thought of is giving him a book series called Mystborn or another series by Brandon Sanderson, I heard his books are really awesome and I'll probably read them when I get back. I honestly don't know, you know better th...

Thanksgiving Week!

Hey Mom and Dad! This last week went by pretty slow for me (I think because it was week six of transfers so it felt weird). That's funny that all the kiddos want to sleep in, no more its time to get up and get work boys and girls! You guys already set up the Christmas tree? Nice! Sounds like you guys will be having a blast with the cousins up in Pinetop, make sure to send me some pictures! That's pretty funny that you got called to be the Sunday School President, I'm sure on of those kids is gonna need your help and love while you are fulfilling your calling. Teaching is going pretty interestingly, its the holidays so not many people are home or are with family outside the area but some more people are home so its odd but fun! I'll be spending Thanksgiving with a lesser active family called the Whites and they invited us for dinner so I'm happy for that! The Ward is absolutely amazing, the people are so nice to the missionaries and we practically have a dinner every...
