No worries about not emailing. I thought you would be busy with work but hey that is why we can always try and try again, just like how our Father in heaven always has his arms outstretched towards us.

Questions:
- No I have not logged into my bank account at all since I am asked to only email and stay on church approved websites I have not been able to check. But I could possibly find a Wells Fargo ATM and see where my balance is at.
- We can go to the church building to watch General Conference but we can also watch it with a member if they invite us over. I remember doing both back in Victorville when I was serving there.
- Things have been going pretty good this week thank you for asking!

It rained quite a couple times over here in Ontario and I have been hearing from people we talk to it might rain again throughout the week but I don't see a lot of clouds yet so we'll see what happens. Me and Elder Pedersen have been trying to help people progress towards the ultimate goal of baptism but we have been struggling to keep people consistently meeting with us so we'll be trying some new methods to keep meeting frequently with people and trying to help them get on a baptism date, because that is the end goal and continuing to stay grounded in the gospel. That's a really interesting thing I realized while being a missionary and growing up under you and Dad's watchful eyes. We have the gospel and were able to grow in that environment but with people we teach they never had that growing up so its completely foreign to them to some degree. And the blessings that come from a family following God's plan for them is the best plan.

Elder Pedersen ran over a large nail which punctured through his tube and tire on both sides which was a miracle of a hit on the nails part. Needless to say after that it was a long walk back to the apartment but we got to talk to a lot of people! We also had Zone Conference where we learned a LOT OF THINGS about missionary work and how we can do much better. But the main focus was around the topic of "a man without eloquence". We don't have to be the best speaker, or best at gaining information, or best at anything. But everyone is called to try and do their best with the weaknesses we are all given. And that is the beauty of God's plan is he asks us to try in every aspect of our lives and we will see the fruits of our labors. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses and they are given to EVERYONE. And another fun part of the week is it rained a lot so we got to bike around in the rain and it would get kinda humid which is foreign to an Arizonian as myself so knocking doors and trying to talk to people was a ton of fun!

Everything has been pretty fun over here though Elder de la Torre will be coming back to the mission this Wednesday so I'll let you know if he'll be coming with me and being in a trio! But altogether thank you so much and I LOVE YOU! Have a fun filled week and stay safe!!

From your little missionary,
Elder Brimhall

Did You Think to Pray? I actually took pictures this week. And for some odd reason this computer is denying me the right to access those photos... Hold back the pitchforks for now, I'll fix the problem sometime soon. But besides from that one. The title comes from a praying mantis I saw while knocking on doors. I went to go ring a doorbell and there is this giant praying mantis guarding the bell. I ended up not wanting to fight the thing and knocked on the door. Something our mission does every transfer (which is a six week period of time kept by missionaries), we have this thing called a zone conference. And all the missionaries here in the desert got together. Which is always a fun experience being out for little over 13 months now seeing people I've grown to meet and love during my time here and catching up with them. But the whole reason we got together was to learn and grow in our service out here. And something that stuck out to me was learning to set goals, but mo...

Dear Elder Brimhall, Hey bud! Hope you're doing a bit better than last week. Last weeks email was hard to read...but I'm also grateful that you're sharing what you're feeling. I hope you can continue to be that open and honest with us. Please don't stop writing. I don't think I could handle that. We got to talk to President Taylor again on Friday night. He said that he had just talked to you and you seemed to be doing a bit better. He said that counseling seemed to be helping some too. Do you feel like your counselor is a good fit with you? Bryson is going to counseling weekly too and I've noticed he seems to be doing quite a bit better. We went to dinner at Karli's house tonight. Garrett turned 12 last week and received the Aaronic priesthood today. Crazy to believe that Grant is next for that. We had 3 different kinds of soups, homemade rolls, and then Karli had made a double chocolate layer cake with crumbled up Heath candy bar on top. Pre...

I heard about that from another email and all those posts on Facebook about it. Tell her I send her my best wishes and prayers for them. Be safe on the way there! That was fun to hear about Grant though, he'll become a superstar the more he works at it, and that basketball court will help out, tell him when I get back I'll ball with him!  Concerning that jacket, just something more casual, the only one I have is that big one from the beginning so its can get warm. Just something for the preparation days or just lounging around at night. Probably should have but more information on that request, my bad! You can have Bryson pick something out, I'll make sure to email him today and maybe he'll do the same. We had some really cool things happen this week though. We started teaching this older couple, Ralph and Terry, and they are such great people. Ralph is currently in a wheelchair because he lost a foot, and I swear the jokes he cracks are phenomenal. This is my f...
