Alright question answering time:
1. Updates on Anthony or Chase? Chase came to mutual as of Wednesday and we met with him again on Friday! We got invited to come to mutual since he would be there and we got to play basketball and indoor soccer with all the young men, so that helped us get to know them and help Chase get acquainted with everyone! Funny story, we have been bringing the young men with us on the lessons and when Chase went to mutual he recognized someone from the ward, and turns out they have known each other since 1st grade. The connection was miraculous and its too good to be true. We are meeting with Chase again this Tuesday so hopefully we can get his friend to come along with us and some other young men.

Then Anthony. Where do I even begin here. To sum it up, it is really hard for him to want to change. He wants to have it so bad, but there are so many addictions and things chaining him down. He has expressed to us the desire to change and the experiences he has had but you can see the pain. And on top of that he was put on probation for three years. So we are trying to do everything we can to help him overcome those addictions and build that faith in Jesus Christ. We are meeting with him tonight so hopefully that follows through. Its hard for him, but I refuse to not help him even though we can't baptize him until his probation period is over.

2. How does it feel almost at the year mark? Its the weirdest thing, I personally cannot explain it. But I do know that pretty much once you hit the year mark people start to forget to email you and so you are lucky to get a few emails. Its been like that for me so its pretty hilarious. Bryson kind of forgot again... My email box pretty much consists of missionary weekly emails, you, Dad, and maybe the occasional Bryson emailing. NOW DO NOT PITY ME!! Its just the fact, I don't want you finding people to email me now. Just stating the funny facts of the mission. But please spank that boy for me.

Savannah will do great at finding new people to hang out with, she's got that smile and spirit. That's the fun part of being in new classes, its like being in a new area. You aren't going to find any friends not talking to people. All the people we find to teach out here is because we reached out to them, its very unlikely that someone will walk up to you and want to learn and be baptized, but hey those happen sometimes! Its the beginning of the school year, Bryson will get some people. Sorry to hear about Grant, hopefully he gets feeling better soon! Trumpet practice, I can't wait to see how that goes.

I haven't seen a package yet. We haven't been to the office yet so I'll have to drop by there sometime today (if we have to) but I'll definitely be in there tomorrow. Also before you read the next sentence, please forgive me, I haven't taken any photos again... EXCEPT I WANNA DO BETTER, I am a terrible human being I know. I am actually going to "try". Note the quotation marks, I "WILL TRY".

Nothing much besides from what I emailed you on Wednesday about has changed. Our ward mates are having a baptism this Saturday so hopefully we can get some people we are teaching to come and attend so we can be there. But besides from that tell the kiddos I love them. I'll have something prepared for next week after the year mark. I plan on doing something for the year mark on Facebook. So I guess there is something to look out for, it'll be fun. Otherwise LOVE YOU MOMMA!! Keep cool, and have fun!!

Hi Momma!

Yeah I am in a new area, and in a new apartment which is a lot nicer than the older one I stayed in, just has a lot more room (I forgot to take pictures which I promise to do that). It's just me and Elder de La Torre in this apartment. From what I can tell you Elder de La Torre is from Las Vegas, Nevada which is super close to our mission and it turns out he is actually a "trial missionary" and he might be staying in this mission or be called to somewhere else. His mom is a member and his father is currently investigating in the church so it's pretty cool. He loves music and played in a mariachi band for a little while and did orchestra so he is pretty awesome, and he speaks fluent spanish which helps when we run into a lot of spanish speaking people here in Ontario.  Yeah it is kind of crazy how fast time has flown by honestly, I feel like I've been here for awhile even though I haven't and even though the end is far away it seems to be coming up kind of qu...

Question Time: 1. My week was definitely interesting, I'll tell you about it in a bit later on in this email. 2. I have no idea yet, I'll be in the office tomorrow so I'll look for it and see if it came in the mail. We don't open those suckers until later and its going to be quite a hassle trying to figure these things out before we roll out ALL the smartphones to all the missionaries but I am looking forward to it and seeing the success that can be found. And yes I will be becoming a Facebook missionary, whoopdy doo for you! 3. Ideas for him? Well I was thinking of trying to get him something but I keep running out of time and forgetting but don't tell him that. I LOVE HIM, just shipping is really expensive... But maybe something that I thought of is giving him a book series called Mystborn or another series by Brandon Sanderson, I heard his books are really awesome and I'll probably read them when I get back. I honestly don't know, you know better th...

Thanksgiving Week!

Hey Mom and Dad! This last week went by pretty slow for me (I think because it was week six of transfers so it felt weird). That's funny that all the kiddos want to sleep in, no more its time to get up and get work boys and girls! You guys already set up the Christmas tree? Nice! Sounds like you guys will be having a blast with the cousins up in Pinetop, make sure to send me some pictures! That's pretty funny that you got called to be the Sunday School President, I'm sure on of those kids is gonna need your help and love while you are fulfilling your calling. Teaching is going pretty interestingly, its the holidays so not many people are home or are with family outside the area but some more people are home so its odd but fun! I'll be spending Thanksgiving with a lesser active family called the Whites and they invited us for dinner so I'm happy for that! The Ward is absolutely amazing, the people are so nice to the missionaries and we practically have a dinner every...
